Bridging the Digital Divide

Started June 2020, ongoing

Making online study possible for Maya students in Guatemala and Mexico. We started this campaign last summer and are happy to report:

Thanks to your generosity since 2020, we have been able to purchase 40 laptops for Maya university students:

There is a great need still for more laptops. We currently serve almost 200 university students.

A sturdy laptop with virus protection and Microsoft programs runs between USD650 and 750 each in Guatemala or Mexico.
